Pale complexion, black lips and dark lined eyes: Every year at Whitsun, thousands of fans of the  dark alternative scene gather in Leipzig to listen to music, dance and celebrate themselves. The Wave-Gotik-Treffen is one of the world's biggest events for the Gothic culture and looks back on 25 years of existence in 2016. That's reason enough to present this eerily beautiful part of Leipzig's history, as well as the scene with the dubious reputation, to the public. Extravagant fashion, multi-faceted music genres, spectacular accessories and most of all fascinating people will be the main focus of the dazzlingly black show.
